Dr. Joy Woods Bennett is the founder of W+B Narrative Studio, a strategic consultancy focused on identity, legacy, and impact. She works with public figures and founder-led platforms to bring clarity and structure to what they are building—so their work is intentional, cohesive, and built to last.

Her work sits at the intersection of identity, strategy, and impact, helping clients define what they stand for and translate that into platforms, initiatives, and long-term direction. She is often brought in at moments when something exists but isn’t fully defined—when the vision is there, but the structure isn’t, and the work matters but doesn’t yet hold together.

Dr. Woods Bennett brings a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world execution, with experience across sports, media, public health, and cultural strategy. She is known for helping clients move from ideas that feel scattered or undefined to platforms that are clear, structured, and built with intention.

Her work has spanned national media, higher education, and strategic partnerships across sports and culture. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication and has taught and led work focused on how people define meaning, identity, and time.
