W+B Narrative Studio is a boutique strategy firm working at the intersection of narrative, identity, and long-term legacy. The studio grew out of years spent working closely with women athletes—supporting them as they navigated visibility, pressure, transition, and the question of who they were beyond performance.

While rooted in sport, that work surfaced challenges shared across public-facing roles. Success and exposure often arrive faster than clarity, and as careers evolve, the real need is not more attention but stronger internal alignment—clear values, intentional positioning, and direction that extends beyond a single role or season. That insight shaped the studio’s pivot toward upstream strategy.

Today, our work spans sport, culture, publishing, and public-facing leadership—serving those operating at moments of visibility, transition, or inflection. We focus on the underlying structure that gives work meaning beyond the moment.
